About Me and My Practice:

It is possible to release the future from the past! You don't have to continue being effected physically, emotionally or spiritually by past events. "Feeling stuck" is the term I'm hearing most often, and this is accompanied by energy drain and feelings of detachment. Rapid Resolution Therapy is a brain based therapy that is creative, interesting and effective. Clients report the memory of an event without the intense reaction and emotion, many times after only one session.

My approach to helping:

Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT) is compassionate and effective without requiring that you relive the troubling experience. The therapist takes the active role while the client just sits back like at a movie and imagines the words being spoken.

What I enjoy about being a therapist:

After spending many years humming along, one foot in academia and one foot in clinical work, looking for something more effective, Rapid Resolution Therapy® caught my interest. Rapid Resolution Therapy® is based on memory reconsolidation, the process by which memories are destabilized and updated after retrieval. I am able to help when other methodologies could not!

Why you should choose to work with me:

When something is painful or disturbing it leaves a lasting impression that continues to affect the way you think, feel and act. Even after the experience, deeper parts of the mind may continue to respond as if the disturbing event is still occurring. Rapid Resolution Therapy® can help!
